Let Them Eat Cake!

Well, as tradition as told us, we ate our year old wedding cake.  I decided to eat it still frozen since the only preservation in the freezer was the box.  Yes, no plastic wrap, no vacuum seal.  So we both tasted a piece and were happy with that. 

For those of you who forgot, this is what our wedding cake looked.
